Could you please remind me the price (for budgeting)
and more important,
the times
so I can arrange alternate transportation for the girls for theatre? I know they can go in with the boy twin at noon, but he has choir after, so I'll need to find a way to get them home, if I can't get to Ottawa by 5:00.

Alternately, if anyone is coming from Ottawa and could offer a ride to me, then the family could have the car and I would be time-restraint free.

Also - anything I need to bring, and/or have prepared before hand?

it was suggested to me before getting my first attunement to have a treatment...if you have never had one. i think it is a good idea, but wait to see what willow says....

As for a treatment first, I think it's an individual choice. I didn't have one first. However I will often suggest to people, if they are curious and interested but not sure, then have a treatment first and see where that takes you. :) I am certainly more that willing and happy to set up a time for a treatment for you. Always my pleasure! :)
