Continuing my first adventure in streaming. We'll see how long things stay up! The download link goes elsewhere and should remain good even if the streaming gets pulled.

Hmmmm.... Got a recruiter vid for the show so I can give it a fair shot? I'm just feeling a bit old right now. Rather than liking the cute young things I find their father much more interesting. <=never seen the show for more than a couple of minutes at a time

John (the father) is hot, but, unfortunately not around much (in part for story reasons, in part because Jeffery Dean Morgan, who plays him, has become a hot property since they filmed the first season.).  I do understand what you mean about feeling old, but give the hot young things a chance - you aren't (quite) old enough to be their mom ;-).

I'm not sure I have the recruiter vid for you, but I think  "Bricks" by Luminosity (aka sockkpuppett) will give you a fair sense of  much of it (check out her other Supernatural ones, for a wider sense) . Lots of brotherly banter (see this youtube video for a sense of the banter) and angst and a fair amount of violence and gore. Unusually at least once per monster-of-the week ep there is the reminder that this show falls mostly in the horror genre (don't get overly attached to secondary characters as a rule) . Character driven horror - or I wouldn't be watching - but horror nonetheless. However it's the emotional arcs of the characters that really draw me (and most of the fandom) to it ( ... )

This is beautiful. There's so much love in the Winchester family and so much heartbreak. Amazing vid. :)

Thank you. It's always great to hear when a vid speaks to someone.
