Recipe: Turkey Loaf

Supper tonight was a comedy of errors. It was supposed to be turkey burgers, and I had two good recipes to work between. But the ground turkey had been frozen and wasn't quite thawed, and then when it had thawed, it was moister than it ought to have been. I won't go through the whole story, but it was clear that the mixture was not going to make

I don't really have a story to tell, but it sounds like a great project. (I also don't have a picture of the finished dish... it's been completely demolished!)
