Pumpkin Cheesecake with Bourbon-Sour Cream Topping

Filling
    4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
    1 1/3 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    4 large eggs
    1 15-ounce* can pure pumpkin (*my can was over 20 ounces; I used most but not all of it)
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

wish my family liked cheesecake :-/

maybe I'll make some for Hannukah, as teenboy and my mom will enjoy it and I won't be left with too many leftovers

I'm taking 2 of them for Thanksgiving at my in-laws and freezing one for a supper club that's coming up.
