We lost our homecoming game 31-24. How sad!

I stayed at home sick today. I feel better and the rest did me good but I wonder if I didn't create more work for myself because now I have a whole days worth of school to make up. I can never win!

I'm home early today because I had a Dr.'s appointment just before lunch. I met my Mom at the Dr.'s office and then we had lunch. She said I didn't have to go back for the afternoon so I'm home. Heck yes, I aced my AP government test!  I got a 94 on my calculus quiz but that's good too. I think I am ranked 14th in my class. If I keep working hard I think I can crack top 10!

So we spent HOURS shopping today. I offered to take Julian to the store to get his school supplies earlier this week but Mom decided to wait until today. That means that the stores were PACKED! Lucia came over tonight. I just got back from taking her home. Gabriel left out of town with his family for the weekend and I decided to try to reconnect with my friend. I missed her.
