My knee is getting better and better. I can now bend it 70 degrees but the muscles are still pretty weak. Overall I am happy with my progress, I can see improvement everyday ( Read more... )

Only one more week with my leg in the immobilizer :) I am getting around pretty good. No more crutches and fully independent except I still can not drive due to having to keep my leg straight. One more week and I start physical therapy! I can't wait ( Read more... )

A quick update to let everyone know my latest adventure. A week ago Wednesday on March 5th I slipped on some ice on my way to my van. One ambulance ride and and ER visit later I find out the tendon that attaches my quad to my lower leg had separated :( I had surgery the next day and have been recuperating ever since.
