rain and lilacs, work and life
It's raining. As soon as I saw the storm clouds gathering I lwft my cubicle and went outside to bask in the impending gloom. I love the period right before a storm, when the air is heavy and the wind picks up and the world hovers in anticipation. amazing discovery of the morning
I have discovered that Total Raisin Bran contains 100% RDA of Iron.
This knowledge may change my life. I was feeling so lethargic and anemic this morning, like getting out of bed was just not something I could do. And I was thinking I practically needed an iron supplement in IV form to get enough. And then there was cereal. And it was good. -
Coolest Thing Ever
If any of you are familiar with the Bayeux Tapestry, you know that it's the longest tapestry in the world and it commemorates the Norman Conquest of England in 1066. It's an amazing piece of work, especially when you consider that it's almost a thousand years old.

It's amazing the difference a day makes. Last night I took a couple of dance classes to get rid of the uckiness from work. I haven't really danced in about a month because of an ankle injury, but I danced yesterday and it didn't hurt and I was very pleased ( Read more... )
