I've plateaued! WTF!! I can't fucking plateau at this high of a weight! I haven't gone over 800 cals all week, but haven't lost anything in the last few days. Just normal activity at this point should still be dropping weight off at this point. Son of a bitch ( Read more... )

Oh sweetie! Im sorry, it can be so frustrating! I know exactly how you feel, im busting my butt and havent lost an ounce! I know most of the time when my net cals are really low and im not losing, if i higher my intake for a couple days it usually helps me start losing again. Maybe that would help you? I feel like my cals are already so high i couldnt go higher! and ivealready cut 300+cals so im afraid to cut more cuz i want to have energy to exercixe. Also i know resting properly assists weight loss. Good luck sweetie :)

Thank you, Love. The sleep part is probably a huge thing. I just came home from work and took a nap....for four hours. I don't even remember moving from my couch to my bed. And I just weighed when I got up, and I am down again... not by much, but at least it's down. Although I did have a more physical day at work...so that could've also helped.
And I know what you mean by the higher count days... I've kind of noticed that the occasional high-count days actually seem to help a bit. But I don't want to "plan" for them, because then I feel I'd lose control. So, when it happens every now and again, I just try to tell myself that it is a necessary part.
Yeah, I'm basically relying on 5-hour-energys to give me the energy when I need... but I'm ALWAYS low on energy, even when I binge like a fatass.
