yesterday the sheriff came to my house, chased around a rabid racoon that was in my garage and then shot him...twice.

yes ladies and gentlemen, the chemung county sheriff had to shoot 2 times to kill an animal the size of a large cat or small dog that was already handicapped by his rabies...doesn't that kind of accuracy make you feel safe?
