I ran Wednesday -- did my 2 miles. Man, I'm out of shape, but it definitely felt good. My ankle was sore afterwards, though, and the next day. Stupid ankle. I basically took the weekend off (okay, there was also a Christmas party...) 'cause I don't want to aggravate it.
Tomorrow Imma do another 2 and hopefully some strength training as well. -

Okay, Y'all:
I've decided to run the Ukrop's Monument Ave 10k on March 27, 2010. Running is not my strong suit, which is kind of why I want to do this -- I want to prove to myself that I can run 6.2 miles. I really admire long-distance runners, and would love to run a half (or dare I saw full??) marathon some day. I've run 5ks before, but never ( Read more... ) -

Boyfriend called around 7ish to say he go the moped! YAY! I OWN A MOPED!!! Apparently it was a great deal -- $330 for a running moped. Boyfriend says that it is unheard of to get a moped for less than $500 in ( Read more... ) -
