I'm making a camargue rice salad with feta for dinner.

I'm working my way through the 3 cookbooks I got for Christmas (a monstrous Italian one that I need 2 hands to pick up, Nigella Lawson's 'How to be a Domestic Goddess', and the Green & Black's cookbook).
