On Sunday, my mom, sisters, and I volunteered at the Anti-Cruelty Society of Chicago, to help with a massive spay/neuter program. More than half of the cats were feral, and brought in as part of a spay/neuter and release program. The other cats were strays, or owned by individuals who couldn't afford to spay/neuter their cats.

Sears Tower changing names.

First, Comiskey Park became US Cellular Field.  Then, Marshall Field's became Macy's.

I'm just waiting for Chicago to become McDonald's City.

 I'm really in need of a haircut. I had my hair cut by my favorite hairdresser last May, and then waited a long time (almost 6 months) for my next cut. I didn't drive down to my regular hairdresser but tried a new one in Wisconsin, with, *ahem* less than satisfactory results.
