My back is feeling better. I've been sitting on a heating pad for a few days and wearing warmer bedclothes. Jazzercise doesn't aggravate it, but riding my Lifecycle does. Probably because I'm in the sitting without support position for 30 minutes while I ride. It's fine ( Read more... )

My trip to Wisconsin to attend my friend's baby shower was great. I had dinner with Mom, spent time with my sister and got to see all my friends and, of course, the new baby.
