I have seen many people go this route. WoW continues to suck people in and keep them in thier own little 'suspended animation'. I have to remind myself sometimes why it is that some of my friends don't even answer thier phone, except on rare occassions. well, looks like I will be traveling once again. I got called up today, asking me to be in baton rouge, LA by tomorrow. not gonna happen. so they told me then at least by friday. this should be fun! well, i found out that toshiba was having an awesome one day sale for 25% off. sooo, I did the only thing imaginable... canceled my order, and reordered it with faster processors (now they'll be at 2.00 ghz) and windows xp pro... why not?!?

Ok, I'm in the market for a new laptop. Been looking around, I need something with a lot of power and performance. however, it would be nice if it were at least affordable.

anybody have any suggestions? I'm looking into buying an Acer.
