Evelyn, the taxi will automatically come for you. The purpose for making the call is so that they know you are off the plane and they can instruct you where to meet them. They will already be at the airport...they won't just be leaving SI when you call, so don't worry.

I have arranged for Evelyn to be picked up by Clove Lake Car service and to be brought to Dongan Street. Evelyn, if you should read this, when you get off the plane, turn your cel phone on and call the Car Svs. 718-442-0001. Evelyn is coming home on Sunday. She arrives at West Islip Airport around 11 am in the morning. Who is available to pick her up?

I sent Davy an e-mail and he didn't respond. It reminds me of when I was 9...except then is was "snail mail". I'll keep checking though...I'm sure he felt what I felt and it's just a matter of time. I know he was singing all those love dittys just for me!! (It also kinda reminds me of the Miss Piggy/Kermit relationship.)

So I drove the Jigster to the airport tonight. I like the fact that he thinks that the advice I give him is valuable. It's interesting that we need to feel valuable.

Greg is in for the weekend. He had an interview with MTV yesterday and it apparently went extremely well. If he gets the internship, he'll be in Staten Island for the summer. Good Times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, now that I have a legimate picture, I thought it was a good idea to show it off. This evening Jay and I went to dinner at Nucci's. We got there at 6:30 and just got home at 9:15.
