yesterday i saw ravi shankar play at the chicago symphony orchestra with his daughter anoushka. i feel that this is noteworthy.

i live in books and then i shelve them and then i talk to people and then i take breaks and go to chipotle and come back and live in books for the rest of the shift and then bike home and sit around a bonfire behind an alley and drink beer and eat snack food with pals

new bookstore job is dream city

today i got one of my dream jobs

i'm gonna work at a tiny independent book shop, one of my favorites in all of chicago, starting in a couple weeks. i just work on saturdays and i'll run the store by myself but whatever it still rules
