portland is my babylon
of late:
-bike wheel stolen in the birchwood parking lot last night, after three great trips downtown on bike yesterday.
-dinner on the 30th floor. if dinner counts as a coke and half a salad. great fun, though.
-voodoo donoughts at midnight. the bush administration is going down, from what I did to that donought.

last day
I'm going back up to Portland tomorrow. A couple of days ago I went to urgent care, and had to get blood drawn. Now, getting blood drawn is quite an ordeal for me, mostly because I have really small veins that none but the best nurses can seem to find. They tried both arms numerous times. I flew in yesterday from Portland. I sat by a reedie on the plane, Melissa, whom I met for the first time. We had a lovely conversation about random things. All in all the trip was uneventful, but quite pleasurable.
