Sooooo, Monday I decided I was giving up sugar. Ive felt SO bad for SO long and Ive taken supplements and vitamins, nothing worked more than a day. I had also read an article from a womens physician group about sugar/insulin/fake sugar effects in women in my age (read menopausal lol) range.
