I don't see why you couldn't go to London.

the NSE is the National student exchange program- which simply means that they aren't going to be doing the whole "inter-state" exchange program.

I would think that would not apply to international exchange programs. But I am sure you have done more research on this than me- so please let me know as I was looking in to international programs as well.

O.K. so, you are right. I just had a momentary lapse of rationality.
And also, i had been considering going to seattle trough the NSE program and confused myself.

I don't know if there's a program in London. I think there's one in England in a small city, but I never really looked into it much.

I need some professional photos of myself so when I try to get gigs in Japan and everything I look legit. Would you be interested in doing it? All I have to do is pretend to look cool, and I've been practicing with mixed results.
