Peanut got a fever last night and his breathing is still for shite, so I brought him to the dr. today. He thinks he has pneumonia but if he does, it's not nearly as bad as any pneumonia I've ever had! He's practically his normal self, only sometimes I hear him breathing across the room. He's got an antibiotic and some more pulmicort and albuterol. ( Read more... )

Yes. Of course. :P

This is the NEW Scooby Doo. Which if you can imagine, is worse than the old one! o.0

I hate to IMAGINE what the new SD is like, after the way they trashed Jonny Quest...

And I'm serious, what are chessmen?!??

Pepperidge Farm distinctive cookies! I personally don't care for them, but Greg is all about them.

After our recent pneumonia experience, I am sooo glad that you caught it early with Peanut. Sounds like he is going through the same treatment they did for Alex...antibodics, Pulmicort, and albuteral when necessary. I hope he gets better very very quickly!! Scary shit pneumonia is.

I want to see pictures of Squishfash and the pacifiers!!

Don't you LOVE that toddler stage? On one hand you do feel bad for them. It would suck to know what you want but have no way to tell anyone about it. On the other hand it sucks horribly for everyone else within a 10 mile radius.

Yeah luckily it's either early or just a mild case, but I know how bad it can get (I remember getting it back in college and I thought for sure that was it for me!)

I took a picture with my phone, I will try to remember to take one with my camera (cause it never works when I try to send pictures from my phone to LJ).

Ugh. Toddler stages are awful things!

I figure we should hit 1 1/2-2 years before we worry about the pacifier thing. I've got your back!

I won't worry about it during the day till at least then (but 1 1/2 is happening in just over a month!), and at night he can do it for as long as he wants, within reason of course (no going off to college with his cute little froggie paci!) ;)

Oh great! I thought it might end soon. If Madilyn is still doing it though, woe is me!

Heck, Davey just turned 3 and he still gets a pacifier at bedtime/naptime! I wouldn't worry.

Also, my boyfriend just expressed an interest in me + goth clothes, which I am thrilled about, because both my ex's didn't like me wearing it! (Losers.) Problem is it's been so long since I've bought anything like that, that I don't know anywhere to go other than Hot Topic! Help? :)

I'm not worried at all, especially about bedtime. Hey, if it helps him sleep I'm all for it! :)

I am so not the one to ask about clothes! I haven't bought new clothes of any kind in YEARS (since we decided to get serious about our debt). I did love me some Forever 21 before, but it seems like sometimes they have awesome stuff everywhere you turn but then a few months later it all sucks! It's pretty cheap though so if you're ok with feeling super-old cause everyone else in there is half your age, it wouldn't hurt to check it out! I know there are tons of internet places with amazing-looking goth stuff but waaaahhh I don't know what any of them are!

Oh, and yesterday I went to Old Navy to exchange some stuff my MIL bought for Peanut. That is NOT where you would find cool clothes! o.0

I go to Old Navy for the cheap and for the comfort. Last month I got two thermal v-neck shirts for $5 each. And they do have, sometimes, some really awesome kids clothes.

The paci during the day will definitely go before the paci at night. Nighttime is alright time. ;)
