LOL! I had to giggle when I read about your troubles with the garage door! I'm happy to state that we've been experiencing some garage door trouble as well, and we don't have a mechanical door so you've got to have someone hold it open the whole time! :-)

So cute about the kittens! I know they will be adopted quickly.

The garage door is a pain in the ass. I do think the kittens will be adopted quickly they were too cute not to be. I do feel kind of bad for the mom. She gets trapped in the garage for almost a week feeding the kittens but not able to feed herself. She finally bolted out of the garage a few hours after we found the kittens. But I don't feel that bad since I know she would abandon the kittens eventually and now we won't add to the feral cat population in the neighborhood.

This is funny because I am dealing with garage door problems. We were having plumbing problems, so my dad disconnected the garage doors so I had to pull them up manually until my brother came and reconnected them.

My second thing is the cats. My neighbor got a cat about five years ago and didn't spay her, now there are about a thousand cats and they are annoying.

It's great that you made it to day two, you'll make it all the way through.

We did the same thing one year and it was supposed to be easy to reconnect by pulling a cord, it was not. We had to wait for my brother-in-law to come reconnect it.

As for the cats, if you are going to let cats out it is so irresponsible to not spay them. We had cats before the allergies developed and did not have them spayed but we also never let them out. But it is also healthier for them to be spayed if they are not bred so even for indoor cats I would recommend it. And then you don't have to deal with them walking around with their ass in the air once a month and meowing for attention.

What a picture you paint. I'm more of a dog person, and i didn't spay her and because she was an indoor dog and she died from a uterine infection that became septic before we even knew she was sick and then it was too late. so spaying, yeah.

Yes we lost one cat as well and almost lost the other. The one that lived then got breast cancer and the vet said it also had to do with not spaying her. So if you love your pet it is just a good investment.
