Basically, the icon of circles signifies where I've been the past not-quite-a-fortnight -- chasing around in circles, never exiting the maze. But I have had to take today off because I am trying not to succumb to the sinus infection that's brewing. (POLLEN IS THE DEVIL ( Read more... )

OMG I have not thought of Vienna Fingers in years! My mom loved those. Thanks for the memory!

My dad also loves Vienna Fingers. "They just keep jumping into my grocery cart!" he often says. :)

The Moet photo shoot is gorgeous. I'm jealous of your front-yard project, hydrangeas are so pretty.

I love Shini Park's work. When it's allied to Champagne, so much the better!

Hydrangeas ARE pretty, and I am thrilled that they're going in the front yard where my landscape guys have to take care of them. :)

Cheers for the start of your week!

I love Vienna Fingers. Also ginger snaps, chocolate chips, peanut butter, snickerdoodles, oatmeal, mallomars... well, you get the picture. :-)

I should probably eat more oatmeal (non-cookie variety).

Oatmeal is easy for me in the morning: milk and berries with the oats; microwave 90 seconds; top with a tsp local honey and Penzey's cinnamon. :) I'm going to try the occasional Penzey's Pie Spice on top (omitting the honey) once it arrives.

As for your list, I do like snickerdoodles too. :)

All the hugs.

Once again, way late to the party, but good to hear the AP is holding his own. I hope you've beaten the pollen into submission by now.

We have more slow soaking rain which is good for everything but the damp spot on the lower level and have just found a leak at the base of the downstairs toilet--building into the hillside may not have been the best choice for this house, but we love it anyway.

How soon till your London trip?

and many hugs to hold you meanwhile!

Alas for toilet leaks, but YAY for slow soaking rains that replenish groundwater and reservoirs.

7 weeks til London. :)

Email to you soon -- HUGS!
