When Yoochun was still "Micky" he had really long hair and looked very much like a girl. After Jaejoong left and he got raped by Yunho, he cut his hair to his chin so he would look more masculine and went to find Jaejoong - so it looks a lot like it did in the promotional pictures for their English album - except he is 18 in the fic right now ^^
