Went to look for a new rental property yesterday. It's a great house, at least twice the size of what we're living in now. Weighed myself this morning. No change between Monday and today, even though I've been to the gym 4 times this week, have been taking WL supplements, and have been dutifully counting calories and keeping them at about an average of 1800-1900 per day. Progress! I love it. I'm still sore, but not necessarily hungry, which is a good thing. I suppose this actually does work. In case anyone's wondering, let me detail a bit of what I'm doing, and why.
