Two books going up on paperbackswap.com. I found "The Scarpetta Factor" in someone's recycling. Someone was wise. Big hot mess with a side of more mess. It reads like a brainstorming session. The other was "Cute, Quaint, Hungry, and Romantic," essays on consumerism, and I was really intrigued by the subject matter but too afraid to finish ( Read more... ) -
Need author spree fodder
So I'm enough of a bibliophage that I still manage to get through a lot of books. I've gone through several author sprees since getting my Kindle, focusing heavily on classic (read: free) literature. Here are some of the authors I've gorged myself on in the last few years ( Read more... ) -

Having a baby in a month and a half - my due date is April 1 though so I don't believe it. I'm banking on more like the 8th. We'll see.
