SIGH....
Well, I did my original in polymer clay like I always do and carefully set it up and poured the mold....only to find out next day that it did not cure...what that means is that instead of a wonderful jello like surface, the mold oozes and will not ever set up ( Read more... ) -
PURSE KITS
I've been working on designing purse kits....using a resin handle with knitted or crocheted purse pattern. I'm collaborating with a wonderful knitter I met online, Yvonne Kao. She is great to work with...we're starting with a knitted bag with felted flowers against resin leaves with a resin handle. I'll post photos as they become available. -

I've been working like a crazy person making purse handles, buckles, buttons, etc...keep in mind that these are all originals...made with white polyclay....the next step will be making the molds of them then casting the resin, which I will then antique, or paint or gold leaf, etc....then they will be put on my developing website for sale to people ( Read more... ) -

Broke my foot yesterday...yikes...can't spend too much time sitting up at computer(have to keep it elevated)but wanted to check in...I was up in the attic and stepped through the floor where there was only insulation, no plywood...one foot went crashing through my hall ceiling and I fell on the other with an awful twist and crunch..some days it ( Read more... ) -

I finally did a mold and poured a resin casting~ seems like it's taken forever but I did it....it's too dark for pics right now but soon...I promise...
