The concept of "internet feelings."

I don't know how I came up with this notion, but lately when someone says something annoying in a chat room, I find myself thinking, "This doesn't matter. He/she only annoyed my internet feelings." I read it. I think pretty much the same way, but not just online but throughout almost every aspect of my life. I think more along the lines of, "They only said that because they don't know what they're talking about and they don't know me." We're human. We lack perfect understanding. Some people lack it a bit more than others, and I think it's the lack of perfect understanding that still allows us to say and do stupid shit to each other. So whatever.

Yeah, you're probably right about that, but there are plenty of times in which people will understand a situation logically, but decide to act on what they're feeling instead of using their brains. A mind with knowledge that hasn't been put properly into action can be as impotent as an old geezer's penis without Viagra.
