Sorry - I realized after I made this post that my response about the movie moment vs. book moment was a bit ambiguous as to exactly *which part* of that sequence I was referring to...but yes, I meant the bit about "it feels like this" being a purely movie moment. You're quite right that the rest of it mirrors the book pretty closely.
