chipper's crazy tail

i love how chipper can bend his tail all the way over his back until the tip of his tail almost touches the back of his head. he does it when i'm stroking his back and he's especially happy, the way other cats hold their tails straight up when they're being petted. even his vet was surprised the first time she saw this. i just emailed her the
