Too weird! I'm becoming a fan of that show as well and last time I watched it I thought the same thing, where does all this confidence come from? Especially scaly/reptile dress, I mean yes it's creative, but it does look like a si-fi dress more than a runway dress, but the designer seemed so certain and loved it so much. Her attitude came off as a bit cocky, but really she's just proud and confident, it's a fine line, a line that I feel so far from.
I wonder who will win, of course I hope Portland girl wins :)

I think you're right that it's a fine line.

I know, I love Portland girl! I saw the episode where they went to her house in Portland and couldn't help but squeal when they showed a big shot of the "Made in Oregon" sign. Remember when we went to that movie Bandits when we were living in Lyon? That opening scene where they were driving through the woods, and there was green everywhere... it made us miss the smell of dirt.

Haha, yeah... I think a mixture of the confidence you get from a solid foundation and the confidence you make up out of cobwebs in the air is the right way to go.

Too much of the first one, and you might think you're invincible.

Too much of the second, and people will see you're insecure underneath.

Balance, balance.

I've been a fan of the show since the beginning! It's so amazing to me what they can do with the little time and money they're given. Insanely awesome.

Leanne's final collection is really, really, SUPER pretty but I LOVE Kenley's final collection. I love the colours, patterns, fabrics and the retro-inspired designs. I think her clothes are really fun and I'd personally love to wear them.
