I'm sorry for your loss. I can't imagine how difficult it must have been not only for the family, but also your mom, who was only a child.

Thank you- it's a strange thing to grieve someone you've never met, but when you can see the hurt in people you love.. you do grieve with them.
For my mom and my grandparents and my aunt- there's this big hole that's always just been there from before I was born.

Hugs. So raw and touching. Something similar happened in my family to one of my uncles when I was about ten. Cancer sucks.

I'm so sorry for your loss. When you're young, it's incredibly hard to cope with a death like that. IT's the kind of thing that makes you curse that the universe is not fair or just or kind.
