I've just turned my phone on for the first time in three days, and I can't even bring myself to go on MSN. I don't want to have people ask me how I am.

I went for a walk today in the park near my house. I only go there once every year or so, which is silly because it's really nice to have open space right next door.

I feel like I'm breathing in thick smoke all the time. Not in a metaphorical way, in a literal way. I ache inside, everything feels constricted. My lungs feel like they're filled with soot.
Tomorrow I am seeing one of my support worker people. My psychiatrist referred me to the Community Support Service at CAHH months and months ago, but it only ( Read more... ) -
Last Weekend

Last weekend was really good. On Friday Damian came down for the weekend. We went around town and shopped on division/devonshire street/west street, and had lunch at East One Noodle Bar at West One.

I had a dream last night that I had a white rabbit. I'd had it a few weeks and was taking really good care of it, then one day, I went to the toilet and noticed all rabbit food floating in the bowl, and that the rabbit was gone. I somehow suddenly knew that it had been flushed away.

Everything seems at the edge of my perception. Cloudy and frayed at the edges. I don't feel really here. I keep looking at the news trying to claw at reality, but it still feels like a dream.
I don't know how to describe this feeling more accurately. Things physically look different. Not as sharp, or a higher contrast. Everything is under a shadow ( Read more... ) -

I was talking to Jim earlier about how corrupted and depraved the internet has made me.
If I had been growing up fifteen years ago, or so, I would never have seen the things I've seen, or read the things I've read. Do you think the internet is making my generation, and those younger than me, base and messed up?

I went to the Last Of The Summer festival at the Carling Academy yesterday with Jim. I had a really nice time, though we were there for hours (from like 2.30pm to 11.30pm ish)
I've missed Jim loads. Him, Mog, Mat and Ben have been in Australia for a month, visiting Dave.
On wednesday we're going to see Slow Club at The Harley. Yays.
