Surely Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, with all their sugar and calories whatnot, are not the best cereal for dropping a jean size? I feel your pain though, a month on a soup lunch diet and still no jean size drop for me either! I've just discovered the delights of Weetaflakes though - very tasty:)
