Likely, everything will check out ok, and if not, I'm certain your offer included the words 'pending inspection', so if anything major pops up, you can make the sellers remedy the situation. My house passed on what I expected it to pass on, and the only 'issues' were ones I already knew about. Who is going to be present when the inspection is done?
Dad told me that the inspector guy was really hard pressed to find anything wrong with the house, so that's good! They did find a faulty plug outside, but that was about it. Dad said the house is in good shape and ready to be moved in to!
