I have officially started taking synthroid for my thyroid condition today. It will be interesting to see if there is any change over the next few months in terms of my feeling less fatigued and perhaps ability to lose weight. Do you take a B vitamin? My Dr. told me when I was always exhausted to take a complex B in the morning as it helps you have energy but it also helps to let you sleep at night. You might try it.

Make sure it is a COMPLEX B, it needs to have at least 6 and 12 and Niacin but the other Bs are good too. I use solar-ray chewable B. I also do an adult gummie multi because I hate swallowing pills.

I like the adult gummie idea! LOL So much more fun than swallowing pills, that's for sure! I actually used to take solar-ray multi-vitamin back in CA - I got them at Whole Foods. I know there is a Whole Foods in Indy somewhere - need to make a trip sometime! LOL
