Two fridays ago, June 1st, was Adam's last day of work. It was probably the saddest day at work I've ever had. I'm happy that he has finally figured out what he wants to do with his life, but almost all of my best memories at work involve Meera and/or Adam. This week was really rough. I just can't recover from this cold. I've been so tired all week, and I cannot stop coughing. I tried to get back into my routine, but I couldn't keep it up. I have been dead to the world since last Saturday night. I caught the plague. I think the doctor I saw called it a severe respiratory tract infection. I can't believe I missed a full week of work.
