Who wants a layout?

In the past, I've offered special layouts as gifts or giveaways, and there's always the possibility to trade something for a layout.

But what if there's no special offer going on, and you don't have anything to trade?

Answer these questions and we'll see. )

I'm sorry I've taken so long to get back to you -- there were people ahead of you in line, and then I started college and had to deal with all that.

Anyway, if you're still in the market for a layout, I'd be happy to make you one -- you did an interesting job with these questions. Please reply to this comment with information about what you'd like it to look like.

(PS. Three cheers for fonts, especially serifs! I like Mrs Eaves, although a lot of people feel it has some legibility problems.)

Hi, this is like the 5th time I come to this layoutsforkarma lj, and I love to look at the layouts and stuff even though I don't think they're very sophisticated. (not taking any credit away from you of course cuz I know I couldn't do this stuff)It surprises me how people are so desperate to get a layout but I'm glad you help some of them out. Anyways just wanted to say that I love lookin at the layouts!!!

You're right, the layouts aren't really sophisticated. I really only make what people want, and if they don't request some of the "tougher" stuff, I just don't do it. If they do want more complicated stuff, I can do it without a real problem. (The only things I don't do are page transitions and background music -- and that's not because I can't, but because I hate visiting sites with them.)

I'm glad you like looking at these layouts, though. Thank you!

people have to pass a test in order to get a layout? lmao! absolutely ridiculous. i'd understand if the layouts you offer are amazing, but they're not. thanks for the laugh :)

I do whatever people want. If what they ask for isn't amazing, then I'll make it. If it is amazing, I'll still make it, and with no trouble. I can do anything that's possible for a free S1 user.

The only exception is that my layouts will never include page transitions or background music -- not because I can't, but because those are a pain in the ass for viewers.

The entry explains why I do it. It's not because I get kicks from it.

And as I explained to the above commenter, I do whatever people want. If they want it simple -- and recently, they have -- I do it simple. If they want it with all the mindblowing bells and whistles, I do it that way. I can do anything that can be done with S1 overrides.
