Car troubles and lawsuits

Sigh, I go away for 2 weeks, and come back to problems. I went to go pick up my old Mazda from the long term parking area (had to park it there while I was away for Christmas break), and discovered that 1) the battery was dead and 2) I had a $200 fine (plates were expired). Do you think the lawsuit has anything to do with the Suncoast closing at Northgate? Was that the only one to close, or hav they been downsizing?

I doubt the Northgate closing is the result of the lawsuit. It does focus on California though (any California employee of Musicland, be it Sam Goody, Suncoast, or Media Play who worked between 4/2000 and 8/2005, and wasn't in a salaried position, is eligible). I haven't seen anything about them closing Suncoast stores overall, though they did announce they are closing all Media Play stores (so it is just Sam Goody and Suncoast now).
