One thing needs to be said. Women are damn confusing. Once you think you have them figured out, they do something to shock the hell out of you. I have to agree with Temari - it sounds like menopause. Not fun, but it's not like she can do anything to avoid it.

She could take oestrogen, but I would rather recommend her to take some herbs - there's a lot of herbs that could help.
