Everyone's doing the ATKINS DIET... ive been a trainer since before i got out of High School... you guys are FOOLS... the ATKINS diet is designed for SUPER OBESE people... if youre lookin to lose 5-15lbs.. cut down the size of your meals.. eat 5 or 6 times a day.. BALANCED.. and hit the gym.. seems to work for me.. and about 3 million other people

yea... we go out to lunch.. they havea bacon cheeseburger.. no bun... and all kind of other food.. they you just wouldn't consider HEALTHY food... I just don't see how THAT could be better than say.... a salad... or some fruit...
i understand it could be good... if you were just an absolutely HUGE person... looking to be at a normal weight... but most people doing this diet... just want to lose 10 or so pounds...
hehe. anyways. that's just my comment on the whole thing.

As soon as you go back on a regular diet, you gain everything back and then some. So - unless you want to stay on Atkins forever, which is very unhealthy, Atkins is not the answer.
People are stupid.
