So everyone be honest. Who still reads my journal?

15% of the population of Baghdad has died due to America's invasion and the ensuing chaos. That means, statistically, there is not a single person in that city who does not personally know someone who has been killed. So this past Saturday night after I got off work I went to Nashville to hang out and go to church at an old friends church where he pastors now. It was good visiting with old friends.

When most 21, 22, 23 year olds have a night off they go out drinking, clubbing, etc. What do I do on my night off? I sit at home, talk to an old friend online for all of it, listen to the same Rocky Votolato and Owen records over and over, and build a model Delorean from Back to the Future.

This has been one of the best nights off in awhile.

Open up your music player (iTunes, ect.), and put it on random. For whichever 10 songs come on, write what that song or band either reminds you of or means to you. No skipping ( Read more... )
