I felt well enough to go out yesterday. So we ran over to the health food store to get some provisions. While checking out, I let the kids pick out a "naturally sweetened" soda. Yeah, they keep trying to convince me of that. I'm sure I'll be laughing, but I'm thinking because I'll be in a straight jacket by then. :)

if it's zero carbs from aspartame, you might want to know that the stuff destroyed neural tissue in immature rats. I was getting visual migraines that stopped when I stopped using the stuff.

Nah, it was using stevia. If they weren't $1.15 a can, I'd buy it more often, 'cause it tastes pretty good.

I know this kind of situation is what eventually drives all moms slightly crazy, but the line "I can feel that the bubbles have settled. " had me laughing like crazy. Your kid has empathic bubble power! :D
