Love how the yarn came out! If you check in my stash on rav you can see the top I'm using right now, I have two of them, so I should end up with a decent amount of yarn... I hope :-)

Yay on writing again! I've been writing off an on but haven't had anything published in Ages and then some. If you get a chance to poke around my friends page you'll see some marvelous writers and a bunch of posts they've done on writing. My friend dancinghorse does some fun stuff.

I take that to mean the burgandy pair will be for me? They will match the other set of burgandy fingerless gloves you made me - I must now collect the whole set. *grin*

Have I mentioned how much I love our Winechococheeseyarnapalooza weekends???

You are correct! Is that OK? I figured burgundy was safe. :) I can also do yellow/purple or gray. Or I could over-dye yours with Kool-Aid, too!

And I love our weekends as well. A lot.

Burgundy is always safe with me, you know that. Although, seeing as how you put the option out there, I'd love the yellow/purple combo!

It's so weird that you mentioned that option, for 2 reasons. First, it's not a color combination I'd typically think to ever do (but it oddly works, somehow), and second, I've been thinking recently that I'd really love a pair of fingerless gloves to go with my cap (see the picture of "Nancy" from our trip to the Citizen, although the lighting is awful). Given that the cap is yellow/purple/blue/green, they would be perfect!

You are made of awesome!

You got it! You can see a picture of the colorway here:

I'll start spinning it this week! I was trying to decide whether or not to do that one next anyway. :)
