So I've started putting ideas together for my next tattoo. I still haven't settled on where I want it, or exactly what it will be, but there are three elements I know I want to incorporate into future tattoos at some point: the image of the labyrinth; and a dreamcatcher with a spider.

Seriously, though, you should probably just ignore any post I post with the slumpy-couch-face icon, because I'm usually crazy when I write them. And then whisky happens. And I'm less crazy. And then manfriend gets home from work and hugs me and everything is fine again.

Things like this also make everything better.

This month is moving right along! Am doing a "Finish Your Works In Progress" Knit-a-long before Tour de Fleece starts next week.

The only WiP that's getting any love this week is my Copycat Cowl.

They say you never forget how to ride a bike, and that is true, but they don't tell you how much harder it gets when you haven't done it for a while. Apparently the rule of the apartment I am currently renting is: if I see a stray cat wandering around outside, it's probably a stray, or maybe belongs to someone up the street. However, if there is a cat trapped somewhere in the vicinity of my apartment, it belongs to my upstairs neighbor, regardless of who lives there ( Read more... )
