Well, it's about that time for my (apparently) yearly "reflective" post. I'm not sure what this says about me, but I'm always itching to do this kind of thing right before the start of each new academic year. wow, where does the time go?

end of summer
summer is almost over. back to the books monday.
I (mostly) acheived my goal of doing something fun each day, apart from the days I worked in a call center, which was not fun at all.
I definitely have enjoyed doing the following:
-going to ryan atwood's every week for my philosophical fill (and the occasional hookah).
-visiting my phenomenal sister. ( Read more... ) -
i've found my niche in the summer sun;
the start of summer 2009 has been a success. my promise to myself to do something fun everyday has been working out wonderfully ( Read more... ) -

to do list:
I need to be a better daughter, friend, girlfriend, person in general. I want to travel and learn things. I want to help people on a bigger level, get my hands dirty!
i should re-learn how to excercise my creativity..or at least paint more. I need to stop caring what people think so much..learn to be more ( Read more... ) -

so it's Christmas eve tomorrow! normally I would be excited, and I still mildly am; but I can't help but think that everything will be so different this year. is it really already 2009?
