at dinner we learned about kings cake. apparently it is quite popular to celebrate kings day in louisianna (and other southern states?). on kings day you make a kings cake. a kings cake is a moist, delicious icing topped caked with a twist- there is a mini baby jesus baked into the cake. you eat the mini baby jesus and you win a toy or something.
