I'm really glad that I'm in a pluralist department right now because I feel as if I'm catching up on the analytic lingo enough to be an unstoppable philosophical juggernaught!!!!!

I played tennis today with my friend James, it was exciting to use my body for something beside embodying my mind. A good time was had by all, but I need to get myself ( Read more... )

Rockin. WHen I was in high school I did a study of that painting. I thought it was really cool `cause it had a skull in it.

Yeah, happiness is fleeting.

As far as teniis goes, though, I think that it's here to stay. James and I are going to play twice a week, which rocks! It's supposed to be in the 80s this weekend...

are you trying to pick a fight with me over Husserl? He's the man! But like I said, I don't really know enough about him, or Husserl to really respond intelligently.

Still, your comment is clever- and that painting, incredible. That friendship sounds really promising. Artists rock.

Actually, I was trying to give you a little, given your comments in that other post. Heidegger is applying a Husserlian idea.
