Well, we put down a bid on that house (see last entry) and it got countered for $10,000 more, which we accepted. If all goes well (legal review, inspections, mortgage), this is the house we'll be closing on at the end of October.

We just decided to put a bid on a house. It's been a tough decision, but I'm glad we're making it. Now we just have to see what happens. We bid low and that may work out well. If it doesn't work out, that's ok too. Leave a comment  5
