Wrapping Up The Darkness...

So...voodoo, darkness, demons...rocks fall, everyone dies?  The QT Blog Chain was started by yours truly here, so follow the link to read through the answers to:

I loved this topic Leah - thank you. I think we all torture our characters to see how far we can take them before we break, they break or something in between. And then we wait, all of us, with baited breath to se what happens next...

Wow. Perfectly put. I agree with Mary, best wrap-up yet.

Also, yes, I do rubberneck at car wrecks, all the while cursing at the other rubberneckers for slowing traffic to a crawl.

I'm glad you liked my line; it was a paraphrase of Sting's song lyrics:

"The wound itself would give him power, the power to remake at the time of his darkest hour..."

I also believe that if you torture your characters too much, they won't be able to recover completely. They may wind up with new problems, which you can always address in a sequel...
