So, I watched Blink last night, meaning that I'm almost finished with the third season of Dr. Who  (also meaning that I contemplated going to sleep with the light on).  Blink was fantastic, and, in general I've enjoyed the season immensely -- I mean, 42 and The Lazarus Experiment weren't great, but they weren't nearly as bad as I was expecting.  ( Read more... )

Maybe they can see in the dark. Though, when someone suddenly says "Why are all these statues in the basement? I think I'll move them outside", the issue remains. Guess she's screwed. Hope her new boyfriend took out a good life insurance policy on her.

No. . . cause if they could see in the dark, they couldn't have all rushed Sally and whats-his-face when the lightbulb was blinking . . . (without seeing one another, that is)

I thought something along those same lines... but if Sally didn't have the key or the TARDIS anymore, would they really waste their time? Do you think they're vengeful buggers? Cause they don't really strike me as the vengeance type.

You're probably correct on that score. Although one wonders if their little excursion might not prompt them to do a bit more exploring of the world outside of the west-of-drumlins scooby doo house. . . .

Hehehehe, it wouldn't be a very good serial if they didn't leave themselves some way to bring back a villain if they should ever decide they want to ;)
